Picisan Marhaen12: Can everyone fly?

AirAsia, Malindo, Firefly, Malaysia Airlines.

Even in the country which is as small as Denver in the State have already 4 major airlines system.
Premium service, low cost service, medium haul, long haul, point to point, connecting flights. KLIA, KLIA2, LCCT. U name it!

But thats not the point I am trying to present here.

People travels alot! Malaysian are among the top travelers. Some even have the private jet, private plane. With certain logo or symbol that relate to particular groups or company. Watching the Boeing 737 took off last weekend really made me thought of something.

When there are people who keeps traveling, there are still people who never step in the plane

When there are people board in the premium class seats, there are people who never get to see the airport

When there are people who have been to Europe and America several times, there are still people who barely see KLCC in front of their eyes.

When there are people enjoying the views from the sky, there are still people who sleep survive not to die.

Can't we practice wealth cross subsidization? Can we help the less fortunate so they know how it feels like to sit in a cabin, taxing, taking off, and touch down? We can't ask the companies to drop their fare, instead please ask us have we shared enough?

And all are those are Malaysian. I am one of em.

Not everyone can fly. It should have posed a question, "Now, can everyone fly?" instead.

Picisan Marhaen11: Bising tak berduit.

"Don't break the money, once its broken, it will 'vanish' into the air"-Economious

Dalam tren tadi, aku ternampak sekumpulan budak, budak baru balik sekolah rasanya.

Seorg budak tu lebih kurang form 2 aku rasa, lagak bergaya mcm seorg yg dah berkerjaya.

Jam nak guess, Iphone tangan kiri, bag nak deuter. aku tak pasti la fake ke betul

Kita rakyat marhaen bising duit takde, tapi deorg fikir cara mana nak habiskan duit.

Kita rakyat marhaen makan satu family satu tin sardin, sesetangah makan 2 roti sardin,

Kita satu malaysia, tapi kenapa jurang ekonomi terlalu jauh?

Picisan Marhaen10: What is 1+1?

Happy new month everyone!

A month already passed in the year of 2013? What have you achieved or at least planned to achieve? I bet another 11 months will go to waste if we don't start planning anything, plan to success, plan to go ahead, plan to have a better life

In school, we were told that there are few basic mathematics rules: Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Now the basic rule is addition. We know in school, they said 1+1 equal to 2.

Real life, 1+1 is sometime 3 and even get back to 1.

Why? Because those brilliant students in school are no longer genius enough to calculate this simple rules.

The extra 1 sometimes goes under table, the 1 less is sometime disappears before it is handed out to respective receiver.

Because of this maths error I foresee there will be more thing to cost more in the future.

The side who got more extra 1 would boom the market, the side who receive less 1 would suffer the burden

Is math evil? or the person who does math?

I believe we can never blame math. Before they change addition rules to multiplication rules, we should better realize it and change it.

Picisan Marhaen9: Maggi oh Maggi

Pernah nampak tak gambar kat atas tu? All time faveret kan?
Maggi kari?

Kalau satu pack maggi tomyam dah RM5. Seminggu RM5 utk maggi je? Mcm mana? Baik beli ayam ke ikan sekor lagi sihat, and ade protein.Tapi nak beli ayam sekilo RM6. Lari budget plak. Haish.

Ini maggi. Harga barang lain? Kuasa membeli kita semakin jatuh. Harga barang 100% naik, macam mana gaji plak? Sepadan tak naik tu?

Maggi oh Maggi

Picisan Marhaen7: Classifications of People

Here I would like to share with you my understanding and views about people in our life.

After all, it is up to you to define which category you belong to.

Similar to matrix right, the inter-relation would work pretty effective.

Graph shown is "TIME" on the horizontal axis, and "Money Earned" on the vertical axis

I view people in my surrounding in four categories

A) This is the category where average and normal who have just started their life. They spend most of their time at office, workstations, more than 8 hours /day, even come to the office during weekends. However, due to lack of experience and start as freshie they dont get paid handsomely. I shall classify this as "Limited (No) Time, Limited (No) Money". Money hunter, not passive earner

B)"No Money but Have Time" is best describe to those who in a phase or transition to looking for a new job or changing jobs. They have plenty of times, yet their source of money is limited because no fixed income coming every month

C) "Have Money but No Time". This, I shall say, best to be fit to those Chiefs or Top Management in the company. Yes, its not arguable that they get pretty handsome pay, averagely their pay is equivalent to annual income for those in A. Their high responsible keeps them to stay back and sometime they don't really have time for their family.

D) "Have time, Have Money".  This can be referred to those successful businessman. They have time to think and think and try to develop new business to generate more cash. They definitely be their own boss. They are free to come to work whenever they want. This state is what we shall call "financial freedom"

In term of inter-relation, if you can see. those in B can jump into D because B and D are similar as they have ample time to run and start new business. They have time to think do research, try and errors. In fact, from B to D, it would not really take few years.

Unlike from A to C, it might take couple of decades to be in the top management lines. After all, the freedom of doing thing is still not ours.

Can't you see how time can transform ideas into money?

Again, the freedom is all ours?

So what group are we in?

Picisan Marhaen6: Value The Sweats

Several weeks ago, I was having a short discussion after a futsal session with my fellow collegians.

Most of us are among mid 20's. Most of us have just started new life, new working life, and trying to be independent and see the world from our own eyes.

Me:  Hows your working man? Where are u at now?
My Friend: Huh, Had I known working life is like this man, I would have not wanted to even start looking for a job
Me: Why, what happened? Arent you happy with your works?
My Friend: I am fine with my works, I have been learning alot like doing Excel, Presentation, Access and alot of communication skills. The one that I hate the most is "7 is the new 5" now in my life. When I got home, its already 9.30pm. So, when is the time to socialize? To get myself exercise.
Me: I believe we are on the same page man.
I bet most of you have that kind of conversation. You talk about life, you talk about how you could manage your funds, income, balancing your asset, trying to collect and turn liabilities into asset. You put yourself into the good debts. Sometime, bad debts coming to you uninvited.

Here's the point. Without realizing it, either we agree or not, we have become the slave of our own frameworks. We get up, we wake up, we suit up, we walk down, drive up, and stay 8 hours at least in the office. We even think about works at home. That is a sign that you are too caught up with your works. Avoid stressful life.

Sometime, have you ever thought that your paycheck is worth your effort?

Does the money you get compensate your pack and unhealthy schedules?

Don't let your sweats go to waste. Spare it with something that you like.

Think about it. Your life's candle keeps burning, its getting shorter, but does the light has given enough?
